Inauguration of Value Added Course on Indian Knowledge System – A Step Towards Vedic Wisdom-Inspired Learning DVSGI proudly inaugurated the 42-day Value Added Course on Indian Knowledge System (IKS) on 4th November 2025 under the esteemed guidance of Mr. Vievek Dewan (Chairman), Col. (Dr.) Naresh Goyal (Executive Director), and Dr. Shruti Arora (DVSGI Advisor).
The ceremony commenced with the auspicious lamp lighting marking the beginning of a transformative learning journey. One of the highlights of the event was an insightful lecture by Prof. (Dr.) Shashi Tiwari, President Awardee & Former Professor, Maitreyi College, University of Delhi, on Vedic Knowledge and Efficient Leadership. Her talk beautifully connected ancient Indian wisdom with modern leadership and educational practices. DVSGI EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Col. (Dr.) Naresh Goyal also emphasized that the Indian Knowledge System is a value-based and ever-evolving framework that continues to inspire holistic leadership and learning in contemporary times.
The event was seamlessly hosted, with the guest introduction by Dr. Suja George Stanley and stage conduction by Ms. Jyoti Pundir. A special appreciation to the organising team, faculty members, and student volunteers whose dedication ensured the program’s smooth execution and grand success.
